Warranty and guarantee coverage will be provided according to the applicable product, manufacturer terms and the warranty/guarantee communicated at the time of purchase.

As currently stated by Shrini Water Purifiers, electronic items may carry a warranty period of up to 1 year, subject to the applicable warranty conditions.

The website currently states a 12-month guarantee from the date of installation for applicable products, including parts and labour, together with three free services during the guarantee period.

Plastic items and other components specifically excluded under the applicable warranty terms may not be covered.

Customers should retain the invoice, warranty card and other relevant purchase documents to claim warranty or service support.
